All sales of digital products are final. Once a product is delivered or access is granted, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

- Duplicate payment (you were charged more than once for the same product).

- Technical issue on our side that prevents delivery of the product.
